Tried two different servers and get the same error. "ERROR ADDING PERFORMANCE COUNTERS:Access is denied. I have administrative access on both machines. Any ideas what the issue is?

Would it be possible for you to run it locally on the server ? Just want to confirm that the tool can work locally with your user account, and that will enable me to isolate which part of the code to look at.
