SQL 2012 Memory Counters Field Name Change

I'm using 1.31 build 4440 with SQL Server 2012 and the "Current Memory" report on SQL Live Monitor has an error regarding invalid column names.

"single_pages_kb" is now "pages_kb".

"multi_pages_kb" is now "pages_in_use_kb".

"page_size_bytes" is now "??????".

Is there a way to remap these fields when accessing the report? I've been using this query on the server:
SELECT [name],[type]
,SUM([pages_kb]) AS [pages_kb]
,SUM([pages_in_use_kb]) AS [pages_in_use_kb]
FROM sys.dm_os_memory_cache_counters
GROUP BY [name],[type]
ORDER BY 3 DESC, [type]

1.32 is now published with a quick fix. I've tested it on my local SQL 2012 SP1 system, but let me know if you have issues.

Thanks for fixing this so quickly (less than 24 hours)! I didn't encounter any problems with v1.32.
